Shipping & Order
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy sale periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer as we work to get everyone’s orders out promptly.
How long does delivery usually take?
Within Australia: Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days, with regional areas sometimes requiring a bit longer. Express shipping generally arrives in 1–3 business days. Remote locations may need an extra day.
International: Delivery times vary by destination. For example, parcels to New Zealand usually take 4–7 business days via Standard Post, or 2–5 business days via Express, counted from the date the order is dispatched.
Holiday Delivery Notice: Due to high courier demand over Christmas and New Year, delivery times may be longer than usual. We’ll dispatch your order promptly, but delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date, please order early or select express shipping.
Where can you ship my order?

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping fees are automatically determined at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, so you’ll always see the accurate cost before completing your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor its journey until it arrives.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International shipments may be subject to local taxes, duties, or import fees. These are set by customs authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is refused and returned, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refund
How can I start a return?
To lodge a return, simply email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and whether you’d like a refund, store credit, or exchange. We’ll reply with the return steps. Items must be sent back within 28 days using a trackable method. If the item is confirmed faulty, we’ll cover the postage.
What are the requirements for returning an item?
To return an item, it must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition with all original tags and packaging. Items should be clean, free of marks or odors. Yoga products must also be returned clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Full-price items are eligible for a refund, while sale or promotional items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be sent back to you at your cost.
We recommend inspecting your items carefully when they arrive and reviewing our full return policy to make sure your return is eligible.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at hello@yogasana.com.au within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, and provide a pre-paid return label for faulty items. Please note that damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear—such as sun exposure on natural rubber—won’t be covered.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once your parcel reaches us, we typically process returns within 7 business days. Refunds on eligible full-price items may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. Sale and promotional items will be issued as store credit or exchanged.
Yoga Mat Sustainability & Quality
Where are your yoga mats made, and are they sustainable?
Our mats are crafted in China using natural tree rubber paired with a biodegradable PU surface. This combination delivers reliable performance while offering a more eco-conscious alternative to traditional synthetic materials.
Do your yoga mats contain any harmful substances?
No—our mats undergo independent SGS testing to ensure safety and quality. PAHs and SCCPs were not detected, heavy metals including antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, and selenium were not detected, and formamide meets the CNS 15493 safety requirements.
Activewear Fabrics
Is the fabric sustainable or recyclable?
Yes. Our Self Concept Collection is produced in Taiwan using GRS-certified recycled PET yarn made from post-consumer plastic bottles. The fabric is stable, soft, and lightly lustrous, with dependable dyeing performance. It’s also recyclable, allowing it to be repurposed into future garments—supporting long-term, practical sustainability.
Is your fabric 4-way stretch and quick-drying?
Absolutely. The fabric offers 4-way stretch for comfort and movement, and it’s breathable and fast-drying, with SGS testing showing moisture absorption in just 3.3 seconds. It also delivers antibacterial performance—verified by Intertek with over 97% inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli—and provides strong UVA/UVB protection at 99.9% effectiveness.

How do I know if I should choose XS, S, or M?
The best way to find your fit is to check our size chart, which shows how our sizes compare across different country standards. Then, compare your measurements with the sports bras/ leggings measurements.
