Return policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
General Returns
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. Returns must be received by us within 28 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be free from stains, marks, odours, perfumes, sunscreen, smoke, or sweat.
- Yoga mats must be clean and undamaged.
- Any promotional or free gift(s) included with your order must also be returned.
- Items not meeting these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.
Proof of Purchase
Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase for any refund, store credit, or repair. Since we email receipts, we usually have a copy on file. If you cannot locate yours, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.
European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery.
- The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Custom or bespoke products (e.g., Custom Mats), except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., water bottles).
- Items clearly marked Final Sale.
- Sale or promotion items — eligible for exchange or store credit only, not refunds (unless faulty).
- Partial returns of product bundles.
- Purchases made from unauthorized resellers (e.g., eBay, Gumtree).
- Free gifts, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please email us at hello@yogasana.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a clear photo of the issue.
- Once confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid return label and arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement.
- Please note our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear (e.g., sun exposure on natural rubber mats).
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are available on eligible full-price items. Sale or promotion items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
- We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving your item. Refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
- Outbound shipping, gift wrapping, and replacement shipping are non-refundable.
- Faulty or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no additional postage cost.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@yogasana.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and preferred outcome (refund, store credit, or exchange).
- We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a returns form.
- Use a traceable and insured shipping method. You’re responsible for the item until it reaches us (unless the item is faulty, in which case we cover postage).
Important Notes
- All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
- Please double-check your order before purchasing, as orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
- We encourage mindful shopping, as unnecessary returns contribute to environmental impact.
