Shipping policy

Domestic Orders (Australia)

  • Free shipping applies to domestic orders over AUD 200 and is shipped via Australia Post Standard Post.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery times: 

    Standard Post: 2–6 business days (6–8 for regional areas)

    Express Post: 1–3 business days (3–5 for regional areas)

  • Holiday Delivery Notice: Due to high courier demand over Christmas and New Year, delivery times may be longer than usual. We’ll dispatch your order promptly, but delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date, please order early or select express shipping.
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and parcel size.
  • Free shipping exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders or to teacher-discount orders and bulk orders that include more than six 4mm mats or wheels.

International Orders

  • We currently ship to New Zealand, with free shipping on orders over AUD 300. Free shipping applies to Australia Post Standard Post only. More destinations coming soon.
  • Delivery times are estimated by Australia Post and may vary; Yogasana Australia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees. If refused, parcels returned will incur return shipping costs deducted from refunds.
  • All international shipments include a declaration of the full purchase value and an invoice for customs clearance.

Order Changes & Issues

  • Once placed, orders cannot be modified due to automated processing.
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 5 days at hello@yogasana.com.au or via our Contact Us page.
  • Yogasana Australia is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or mis-delivered after confirmation of delivery.

Additional Information

  • Delivery may require a signature. If delivery without a signature is requested, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage.
