Care Instructions:
Washing

• Wash in cold water (max 30°C); hand wash recommended.
• For machine wash: turn inside out, place in a laundry bag, and use a gentle cycle.
• Use mild, neutral detergent only. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
• Wash similar colours together and avoid mixing with lint-producing items.
• Remove and wash detachable pads separately.

After Activity

• Wash as soon as possible after exercise—ideally within 4 hours—to prevent odours and bacteria.
• For heavy stains, dilute mild detergent, gently brush along the fabric grain, then wash.

Drying

Avoid high heat. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Gently press out excess water and air-dry in a shaded, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
