Pre-Order Policy

Placing a pre-order allows you to secure an item before it arrives in our warehouse. Pre-order stock generally reaches Australia within 8-12 weeks, after which your order will be dispatched according to our standard delivery procedures. By completing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

How Pre-Orders Operate

1. • Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your item.
   • Orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are available.
   • If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders or select the split-shipping option (additional fees apply).
   • Order confirmations and tracking information will be sent via email. If you do not see them, please check your junk or spam folder.
   • In the rare event of an inventory or production issue that prevents us from fulfilling your pre-order, we will contact you promptly to arrange an appropriate solution.
   • All pre-order purchases follow our standard return policy.

Delays

Please note that manufacturing, shipping, and customs processes may cause delays. These factors are outside our control and therefore all timeframes are estimates only. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or for delays caused by external circumstances. Should an unexpected or significant delay occur, we will notify you and provide available options.

If you need an item by a specific date, we strongly recommend purchasing in-stock products rather than pre-ordering, as pre-order timelines can vary.
